Summer Quran Memorization& Islamic Studies
About The Program
This summer class focuses on Quran memorization for students who are already able to read the Quran. Students who are beginning their memorization journey will, in addition to memorization, focus on foundational skills to prepare them for hifz. These skills include development of a natural reading fluency, proper letter pronunciation (makharij), and implementation of basic tajwid rules. Students further along in their hifz journey will focus on new (additional) memorization as well as revision. Huffaz who have already completed their Quran memorization will follow a structured program of revision. Students who require Islamic studies sessions will cover the basics of belief, wudu, salah, morals and manners, and lives of the Prophets (A).
Due to space constraints, this program may be held at an alternate location within a 5 minute drive.

Prerequisite
Students must be able to read the Quran proficiently. A student interview and assessment will be conducted as part of the enrollment process.
Age Requirement
Must be between the ages of 7 to 18.
