Fiqh 103: Fiqh of Purification

This course provides a practical study of the essential rulings of purification (ṭahārah), an important foundation for daily worship. Students will explore the rulings of water and impurities, wuḍūʾ, ghusl, tayammum, and other commonly encountered matters of purification. With an emphasis on both understanding and application, the course equips students with the knowledge needed to approach purification and worship with clarity and confidence.

Tafsir 102: Tafsir of the Oft-Recited Surahs I

This course explores the meanings, themes, and lessons of some of the most frequently recited surahs of the Quran, beginning with Sūrat al-Fātiḥah and continuing through a selection of the final surahs. Through the study of their tafsīr, students will gain a deeper understanding of essential Quranic themes, including tawḥīd, guidance, the Hereafter, and seeking refuge in Allah. By exploring surahs commonly recited in ṣalāh and daily life, the course aims to deepen reflection, enrich worship, and strengthen one’s connection with the Quran.

Tazkiyah 102: Sunnah Practicum

This course offers a practical study of the Sunnah with the goal of learning and embodying the lifestyle of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. Students will explore his daily habits, worship, character, manners, interactions, and personal practices, with an emphasis on bringing the Prophetic example into everyday life. Through study, reflection, and practical application, Sunnah Practicum seeks to transform knowledge of the Prophet ﷺ into a lived commitment to following his example and cultivating a life shaped by the Sunnah.
